Something I noticed about Jackass Forever Thursday night showings is that the majority of them (and certainly the prime 7pm showings) are list as "Jackass Forever plus Bonus Content).

So if you're on Fandango, and just click on Jackass Forvever, you don't see those prime showtimes. For me, if I just click on jackass forever, there are just a bunch of 9:50 showtimes.

You actually have to look up "Jackass Forever plus bonus content" to get the prime showtimes.

Wonder if that'll be any sort of issue for its Thursday night

Death on the Nile had today at 6am EST 92 sold tickets for Thursday (in 7 theaters)

and 67 sold tickets for Friday (in 6 theaters, the AMC in NY is still missing so at least no frontloadedness).
As yesterday, not bad for 8 and 9 days to go but also no rush. Of course things can change quickly next week.
Comps: The Last Duel (4.8M OW) had 74 sold tickets on Monday of its release week for Thursday and 46 sold tickets for Friday.
House of Gucci's (14.4M) final number on Friday for Friday was 1.048 sold tickets.
And Nightmare Alley (2.8M OW) had on Monday of its release week 79 sold tickets (in 5 theaters) for Friday and on Tuesday of its release week 112 sold tickets for Friday (in 7 theaters)

Uncharted, counted today at the same time for Thursday, Feb 17 (15 days to go):

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): 106 (6 showtimes)
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 70 (4 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 14 (2 showtimes)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 8 (2 showtimes)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 17 (3 showtimes)
San Francisco (AMC Metreon 16):
97 (6 showtimes)
LA (AMC Universal): 142 (6 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 7 theaters: 454.
Up 14.5% since Monday.

Comps (all for Thursday): Dune had on Monday of its release week 1.858 sold tickets (12 days left for Uncharted),

TSS had with 7 days left (on the Thursday before its release week) 1.041 sold tickets (= 8 days left for Uncharted to very probably overtake it)

and Sonic's final presales number on Thursday for Thursday was 1.120.

Uncharted, counted today at the same time for Friday, Feb 18 (16 days to go):

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): 78 (8 showtimes)
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 55 (6 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 15 (2 showtimes)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 2 (2 showtimes)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 8 (8 showtimes)
San Francisco (AMC Metreon 16):
72 (10 showtimes)
LA (AMC Universal): 46 (6 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 7 theaters: 276.
Up 18.5% since Monday.

Comps (all for Friday): Dune had on Monday of its release week 2.621 sold tickets (again 12 days left for Uncharted; the Dune comp is a problem for most films because of its great IMAX sales),

TSS had with 7 days to go (on the Friday before its release week) 714 sold tickets,
Jungle Cruise had 357 sold tickets on Monday of its release week,

Free Guy had also on Wednesday of its release week 452 sold tickets

And Sonic's final presales on Thursday for Friday were 2.103.

The jumps could have been a bit higher (here too) but the numbers themselves are good considering that it still has more than 2 week to go.

Moonfall, counted today at 12pm EST for Thursday, Feb 3:

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): 157 (4 showtimes)
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 80 (3 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 12 (1 showtime)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 1 (1 showtime)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 20 (2 showtimes)
San Francisco (AMC Metreon 16):
163 (4 showtimes)
LA (AMC Universal): 277 (6 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 7 theaters: 710.
Jump since Monday: 21.5%.
The number itself is nice and doesn't look like high single digits but OTOH the jump would have been around 12-15% for one day (from Tuesday to Wednesday) and that's pretty modest for a Wednesday. With all the rumors and the way worse Friday numbers I don't expect good legs at the moment. But still, the preview presales aren't bad.

Moonfall, counted today at the same time for Friday, Feb 4:

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): 78 (8 showtimes)
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 27 (8 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 8 (7 showtimes)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 2 (3 showtimes)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 16 (6 showtimes)
San Francisco (AMC Metreon 16):
73 (8 showtimes)
LA (AMC Universal): 84 (8 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 7 theaters: 288.
Up since Monday: 56%. A good jump but needed.

Comps: Old (16.9M OW) had 262 sold tickets on Wednesday for Friday,

Dune had also on Tuesday (way later than usual) for Friday 2.919 sold tickets.
That numbers unfortunately is pretty much in line with the weekend predictions.

jackass forever plus bonus content (it's the same here, if you just look for Jackass Forever it says „no showtimes yet“), counted today at 11am EST for Thursday, Feb 3:

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): 39 (3 showtimes)
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 39 (2 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 33 (1 showtime)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 13 (1 showtime)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 32 (2 showtimes)
San Francisco (AMC Metreon 16):
67 (2 showtimes)
LA (AMC Universal): 180 (5 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 7 theaters: 403.
Up 69% since Monday.

Jackass Forever, counted today at the same time for Friday, Feb 4:

NY (AMC Fresh Meadows 7): 78 (9 showtimes)
Miami (AMC Sunset Place 24): 74 (8 showtimes)
Grand Rapids (AMC Grand Rapids 18): 78 (7 showtimes)
Austin (AMC Lakeline 9): 7 (5 showtimes)
Tempe/Phoenix (AMC Centerpoint 11): 79 (7 showtimes)
San Francisco (AMC Metreon 16):
79 (9 showtimes)
LA (AMC Universal): 331 (10 showtimes)

Total tickets sold in 7 theaters: 726.
Up 24% since yesterday.

Very similar numbers in most theaters but I checked it again, it's no mistake.
Comps: Ghostbusters: Afterlife had on Thursday for Friday 1.124 sold tickets

and Free Guy had also on Wednesday for Friday 452 sold tickets.

Now also the Thursday presales look good. We only need decent walk-ups to have a little surprise hit. Maybe it's exactly the right film for a funny evening with friends and drinks (like @SchumacherFTWproposed). Due to the surprisingly good reviews I have more confidence in its walk-ups now. Maybe there will also be a jump presales-wise till tomorrow.

Box Office Pro is projecting 26m for Jackass, 11m for Moonfall, 7.4m for Spiderman (-33%) and 4m for Scream (-45%)

They’re modeling some major drops for the holdovers VS the weekday holds (compared to last week). Higher than I expected, at least.

Neither at Marcus. Nor Drafthouse.

For reasons so stupid they could only come from Paramount, Jackass Thursday shows are listed as "Jackass Forever plus bonus content", a seperate thing from regular ol' Jackass Forever

Yeah I still think that Jackass is gonna underperform and will barely cross the 10 million dollar mark if it even reaches it. If I'm wrong I'm wrong but I watched a clip and I'm still scratching my head as to why it's not a streaming show.
