Comps (counted on Monday and Wednesday for Thursday because I don't have Tuesday comps): Death on the Nile had on Monday 212 sold tickets and 359 sold tickets on Wednesday for Thursday,

Three Thousand Years of Longing had 128 on Monday and 194 sold tickets on Wednesday
and The Lost City had 306 and 520 sold tickets.

Ticket to Paradise had 101 sold tickets on Wednesday for Thursday (in 6 theaters).

Comps (again counted on Monday and Wednesday for Friday): Death on the Nile had on Monday 198 sold tickets and 357 sold tickets on Wednesday for Thursday,

Three Thousand Years of Longing had 94 on Monday and 139 sold tickets on Wednesday,
and TLC had 196 and 519 sold tickets.

Ticket to Paradise had 126 sold tickets on Wednesday for Thursday (in 6 theaters)

and Dog had also on Wednesday 47 sold tickets (in 6 theaters).

It has only in 1 of my theaters BFF Night Out shows (in the AMC Grand Rapids) and 11 sold tickets. So this is neglectable.

The Ladies Night Out on Wednesday had today 78 sold tickets (with showtimes in 3 theaters).
Comp: Death on the Nile had on Wednesday for Wednesday (= 1 day left for 80 for Brady) 289 sold tickets.

One can only hope that the walk-ups resemble those of Ticket to Paradise or Dog. But I guess with that cast, that could happen.

I’d say no for now, because I think Cabin could go over $20m for the 3 day.

I think its the trades lowballing. 15 to 20M for Knock seems very low. Old did 16+ in the middle of pandemic. Reactions are suppose to be pretty good for this so 20+ is the minimum I would have thought with breakout potential to 30 a decent chance. Brady is selling well with the sneaks, BOPro already added 50% to there OW projections and totals so 10+ could very well end up at 15 OW.

I checked ticket sales in my area for Thursday (as nothing beyond that is available) and for the half dozen theatres i checked, there's a total of 7 tickets sold.

 

This is west end of the Toronto area (Halton, Mississauga). I'm not sure if others are tracking this in Canada more comprehensively. I can't think of any reasons why this movie would be performing differently in Canada compared to the US.

 

I've found that sales at theatres in Canada are just weaker in general.

Hmm, with those corrected to T-16, the last 4-5 days do feel a bit soft (emphasis on the bit). Though I still think the pace post-reactions will be much more telling.
