Btw he is also in A MONSTER CALLS coming out this year.

I don't think it will outright flop. but they need to give it a serious marketing push if they want to go beyond sub-par $110-$120m. it also doesn't look that great. not awful maybe, but not that great.

People are less furious because this is a reboot, but rather how little respect studios seem to have for these classics as of late. Its all about taking a named brand and just putting a bunch of cliches on top of it.

Warcraft reminds me more of pricy summer flops like Poseidon and King Arthur. This will do even worse than that will though.

What does this movie have that Gladiator doesn't...except Morgan Freeman in dreads? 

 

And Gladiator was essentially an update on...Ben Hur...and had Oliver Reed, Russell Crowe, Ridley Scott, Lisa Gerrard and Mr. Phoenix...
