Guardians will be right in between with a better DOM total than Spidey, but less WW. And, a better WW total than Wondy, but less DOM. That's what strange about this pissing contest. All three will essentially make the same amount of net gain financially... If Spidey really, really breaks out OS, he might take the cake there though. This summer, Guardians, Wondy and Spidey each took a step forward in terms of brand trust, etc. from where they were before this summer. It's all good all around. I am using GOTG II as a point of comparison since it's the current number one summer film and the final numbers will be close imo. It's not because of the DC - Marvel thing. If GOTG II was PIRATES V or any other film, I would do the same. I just find this exciting because no one saw this coming and the daily grosses are fun to track. This Marvel vs DC thing is shit one can't compare the movies now without people thinking it's always about fanbase wars. Yes, but it will likely also lead to big drops today. Just don't Panic if Spider-Man drops 35% tomorrow if it has a strong Tuesday.
