Main reason for tuesday increase is Canada and it was a holiday yesterday.

PP2 an MM still over 5M? Nice! Really good, actually, for MM. Action films drops are harder this Tuesday. It managed to only drop around 5%

Wednesday's drops should be interesting. Will MMFR edge out PP2 again, or was Monday just a one day win at the box office for MM?

Pitch Perfect should fall harder tomorrow, they should be close.

 

Anyway thats another terrific number for Mad Max, its definitely making over 30m for 4 day. Could potentially cross 100m on Memorial Day

I think Mad Max will be #1 on Wednesday and Thursday.

 

How about this:

I'll say Mad Max for #1 on Wednesday, and the Pitch Perfect for #1 on Thursday, because Max will lose some premium format screens Thursday night to Tomorrowland, while Pitch Perfect will not.

Mad Max's drop is way better than Star Trek 2, which had good legs. Nice.
