Well, that's hardly difficult to imagine. I mean, when the box office for their first 6 movies is pushing 5 billion, with only two well-liked installments, it says a lot about the brand's power. They still have a lot of work to do, to get in a position where unknown characters can make bank (a la Ant-Man;  none of the current movies have used unknown characters - maybe characters that weren't taken seriously, such as Aquaman, but he was very recognizable), but the potential is there for anyone to see.

Definitely looking forward to see how the DCEU will unfold and what they are gonna do with Batman and Superman.  I'm still cheering for Batflek and Cavill to come back.

Yes to Cavill, no to Afleck. Too much baggage around him. But Cavill deserves a movie where he can play the sort of Superman we saw at the end of JL (sans the CG lip, ofc).

Also, Catwoman is arguably the second most iconic, best known female comic book character (after Wonder Woman). She has never had a decent solo film, but I bet a well made Catwoman film would be huge.

Teen Titans haven't gotten their live action big screen adventure too.

 

All the Bat spin-off characters like Batgirl, Nightwing/Robin, Harley Quinn & Poison Ivy, Catwoman, Joker etc. could be varying degrees of big to huge. And then all brought together with Batman could be massive.

 

On the Marvel side, still think Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan is the next big cultural phenomenon the size of Black Panther/Wonder Woman.

Let's go Blue Beetle! Latinos will definitely show up in droves for a good BB film. Plus WB has plenty of talented Latino directors to choose from and streaming already did the hard job of finding a star in Xolo Maridueña or Diego Tinoco, both work in the role.

Just started Titans on Netflix.

 

Only 3 episodes in, but so far it’s miles better than Defenders. What a let down that whole thing was.
