Well, I walked out of the movie theater like that, just like many other people. The fact that you didn't is your problem.

Actually I think it's the Studios problem when this drops 65 percent next weekend:sadben:

Which DC film has the best chance to be in the 200m OW club?

These Snyder movies are very divisive. Don't expect that anytime soon

Wait, folks here aren't convinced that Rogue One is by far the most legitimate contender at 200M OW in the 2016 calendar? It has "Star Wars" in the title + it has Darth Vader in it. All it needs is good reviews, and good marketing for Vader's part, and 200M is guaranteed. No, it's not gonna touch TFA's record (that won't happen until at the very least Avatar 2; SW8 will not provide a true challenge imho), but it is a legit 200M OW club contender.

Civil War needs extremely strong WOM for 200M to even be in consideration, but it's not impossible. I thought BVS doing 200M was very likely, and since that didn't happen, I can't be sure of anything.

CW is not doing 200mOW, BVS is bound to have taken some demand away, plus it looks like Avengers 2.5.

180-185 is the highest i can see it going.

THe the last superhero series with a fanbase this divided was ASM.

But ASM2 was so bad that just about everyone jumped on the hate bandwagon.

So as long as Snyder releases JL movies that are decent crowd pleasers ( not to mention the solo movies) the franchise should be fine.

maybe it's you who have your expect+. He ll, it'd make more money than anything but TFA domestically, it could even beat that WW. Not sure how this is even up for debate.

So no DC property has made more than abillion And change WW and now u expected this to do 2 billion?

Maybe its u who have your expectations out of whack?

The first Avengers did 1.5B WW I think. That is like, a best case scenario for every superhero movie. There is no scenario where an Avengers/Batman/Justice League movie makes 2B WW, IMO.

I think this movie pleases its fan base.

But if you think non fans were negative after Man of Steel.

Its about to get a lot more nasty and focused after Batman vs Superman.

Cant imagine the negativity for a Zack Synder directed JL lol

I think Civil War has a far better chance to open with 200M than Rogue One.

My predictions right now (which at least for Rogue One, will very likely change):

Civil War - 202/550

Rogue One - 142/415

You´re CW prediction keeps going up.

Why do you think that Civil War will make more than Age of Ultron?

Movie sort of imploded in China.

Sort of really hurts the WW gross.

Howver 1 billion is on track.

It is still good for a DC movie there, but there is no spinning, the number is weak.

"To fudge or not to fudge? That is the question."

I support fudging every time all the time. It gives us great moments like Spectre passing the 200M lmao.
