Not a particularly exciting number but movies like this are so hard to peg off a Thursday. Older women demos are usually fine waiting for the weekend vs. packing in on a Thursday.

This is looking to be the definition of a September weekend. Although I hope Bridget Jones makes as much as possible for Renee's sake. If anyone deserves a comeback, it's her.

That's average for a horror film. Blair Witch should debut between $14-$16 million. Bridget should do $10-$13 million.
