I'm really curious about Doctor Strange's final domestic numbers, considering that Fantastic Beasts will be released soon ( and it'll basically be released worldwide ).

 

I think Strange will get hurt a lot, regarding overseas markets. Fantastic Beats will probably prevent Strange from making more than what it deserves.

I think some people could be even more disappointed if the OW actuals for Strange, goes down. Maybe it's OW is either underestimated or overestimated.

Trolls did well in previews as well, possibly 45M or so most likely. Hacksaw might challenge 20M

Thor 2 is the only real apt. comparison.  7.1M, into an 85M weekend.  The same multi as that means...

 

A 112M OPENING WEEKEND

 

It's probably not going that high, so let's say a Deadpool multi:

 

97M.  Even then, that midnight number multi was inflated since Deadpool has an adult audience, while Doctor Strange also has a teen/kids demo.

 

I think it's hitting 100M tbh.

It's a $366.5M DOM right now.....though it may be in danger for an early closed theatrical run.
