Case not yet closed, but lots of details coming from the Johnny Depp's lawsuit such as eyewitness reports, surveillance footage etc. suggests that Amber Heard might be the perpetrator and Johnny Depp the victim.

Heard was cast as Mera when they were still together. Her career did not advance because of this alleged hoax. She already had the role that would change her career. Staging this attack would only put this career opportunity at risk.

 

She never got massive support from people, people always doubted her claims. This counter suit from Depp is a complete joke, and people were only waiting for this to show their true colors.

Amber Heard would be a poor choice to hitch your wagon to if you support the #metoo movement.

triple frontier was actually better than i was expecting. good stuff. the most disappointing element was seeing that disasterpiece did the score in the opening credits (loved his it follows score) and then being treated to the most basic action movie buttrock guitars score imaginable.

The trades aren't so hot on Fosse/Verdon (at least what's been seen so far, FX only sent out the first two episodes). Rockwell and Williams will still get Emmy/Golden Globe nominations (probably) but seems like it'll be more because of their names than the series.

honestly it looked like a mess from the trailer and i hope this means mahershala can win the emmy for true detective.

he hates planet of the apes for sure. when asked if he ever wanted to do a sequel he said he'd "rather jump out a window". not sure if he's ever been so candid about alice in wonderland.
