Bad Monday Drop, great Tues increase, bad Wed drop, Good Wed Hold.

 

Btw i think Coco is affecting Wonder more than JL.

Following MJ1 gives 42.41M 3-day (-54.8%)/61.36M 5-day for 173.26M total.

 

With MJ2, you get 42.83M (-54.36%)/61.78M and 173.68M total

Thats a great hold for Thor after a great increase yesterday. It fell only 12.2% compared to 13.9% for DS. Its thursday to thursday increase is at 44.7% which again is much better than DS at 28.5%

 

Big drop for Wonder but understandable given it skews more towards families and families tend to stay home on thanksgiving day. 

 

Given yesterdays drop for JL I was expecting 20+ drop today so it is relatively decent hold at the 18.7%

 

If JL follows FB

 

Thur - 8.5

Fri - 16.32 (+92%)

Sat - 15.35 (-5.9%)

Sun - 8.52 (-44.5%)

Weekend - 40.19 (-57.17%)

Total - 171

FB had 1.73x legs from this weekend on. Giving JL the same legs gets it to a total of 240 

 

If JL follows MJ2

Even taking the best of both worlds - weekend of 43 using MJ2 and legs of 1.73x using FB - you get about 248+ dom (174 + 43*1.73).

175 + 44*1.75 = 252 imo is the ceiling.

Even with MJ1 legs, which had better legs than FB from this weekend on, gives JL about 250m Dom. But MJ1 did not face Star Wars whereas MJ2 faced TFA and FB faced Rogue one and JL will have to face TLJ. So yea I agree 250 is the ceiling with sub 240 likely IMO
