Black Panther coming for that $700 million.

Even if it gets to 700M Black Panther still hasn't had as good a run as The Greatest Showman.

Fun weekend all-around.  BP's hold is juicy.  It's got 700M in its crosshairs.

As far as AIW goes, that Sunday hold is incredible.

I really think it portends long legs and close to a 3X multiplier.  Like many others, I have some trepidation about the potential for repeat business, but the first weekend is as promising an indication of future legs as I could hope for.

The previous site owner/editor/manager (Ray something?) stepped down so IMDB just gave ole Treeth the job, he wasn't experienced in box office analysis. His sins have been forgiven.

Does anybody know why they recast Thanos? I thought the original actor in the previous film was much better.

See the source image

You thought a guy who was literally in one scene where he says nothing was better than what we just saw? Because this guy only played Thanos in the end credit scene of TA1. Everything else has been Brolin.

He was also a terrible speller, and made tons of errors. Still remember when he predicted Sing to best win best animated feature last year. Yeah, that obviously happened. :hahaha:

2.9 multiplier would be right at $750m. That's a pretty good target. :)

Keith is exempt from criticism ever since he headlined JW's opening weekend with:

'Jurassic World' Indomitable, Rex Box Office
