Disney will do whatever it takes to keep him. Warners might try to lure him away, but in the end Disney has deeper pockets then Warners does.

He will probably get a shitload more money and be allowed to produce some not MCU movies..which he admits he wants to do, though still being in charge of the Marvel studios.

The difference is that we know how much ASM1-2 did cost, we know next to nothing for most Marvel entry.

 

It is true many marvel entry were cheaper than those ASM-ASM2 260/265m net budget, 

 

Captain America First Avengers gross budget was 210m for example:

It baffles me how some people think he’s going to leave marvel for ANYTHING. He’s not going to leave for Star Wars, he’s not leaving for freaking DC. Look at his history. He’s a marvel guy through and through. He’s lifted this franchise above and beyond even Star Wars at this point. He’s getting his dream with XMen and F4 returning to Marvel.  

I think Marvel Studios will increase in responsibility. Maybe add animation, some smaller budget fare.
