They’re similar movies thematically, but tackle their subjects in completely different ways.  I’m thinking I preferred a Monster Calls, but there were things in I Kill Giants that I thought were handled better.

I enjoyed FK. Fun movie. There's only so much you can do with this property. I give the filmmakers credit for trying to take it in a new direction. It's just hard to do that and have the whole audience take it seriously.

 

Still, not as bad a movie as some make it out to be. Or maybe I'm just another typical member of the GA that does not get tired of seeing dinosaurs on the big screen.
