Also, I just looked at Deadline's article, and Blindspotting is looking at a mid-$20K PTA from 14 theaters. Not a good sign.

It's looking at about half of what Sorry to Bother You did in 16 theaters with those numbers but it's probably gonna fare worse (much worse, even) in wide release next weekend than that did. Too much out on the specialty market, I guess.

This is sad. The movie is quite good. It seems sorry to bother you is getting all the attention . The cast being completely unknown doesn’t help.
