Alli
I jumped at 1:12. This is a good trailer. I can see it making some good money
filmlover
Ya know, this is supposed to be a ridiculous thriller, but it honestly could be a documentary about a typical day in Florida.
TMP
It's not really "from Sam Raimi" though. Trailer should have said "Sam Raimi presents" or something. Also, poster: Wonder if Florida Man has a cameo Edited May 2, 2019 by TMP

Midsommar's not gonna be any sort of competition with this film in terms of box office--it doesn't seem like an accessible film for the general audience at all. Crawl seems like much more of a crowd-pleaser. Plus, the way this is a creature-feature instead of a supernatural horror like Annebelle 3, Midsommar, and The Boy 2 are all supernatural horror, Crawl has a unique advantage it could easily exploit. I'm predicting a total somewhere between $70M-$80M right now, and I'm open to the notion that I'm under-predicting.
DAJK
Could see this having a 20/55 type run. Doesn't look too bad
LonePirate
Shouldn’t this be titled “Swim” or “Wade” instead? There does not seem to be much crawling going on here.

filmlover
If only Paramount would fine a way to combine this and Sonic into one movie. Maybe that'll be the sequel.

Oh now I MUST see this! You're usually so diplomatic, @Slambros. You just inadvertently made me hyped to check out how much of a disaster that film is.
