What were you expecting, mate? The potentiall fall of a nation is naturally going to overshadow pretty much everything else. I remember a lot of events getting postponed during the George Floyd crisis back in June 2020.

 

It'll likely come out next week at the latest, since Warner might want this attached to Batman.

Yeah, I'm aware it's not an appropriate time to release it. Especially since the "war of worlds" was probably included and is definitely not the best.

If they aren't going to release the trailer today then postponing it till next Thursday/Friday isn't going to hurt anything. Sometimes real world stuff takes precedence over escapism content.

I liked the trailer, I think the movie looks fun, but I’m not sure it will be effective in bringing audiences back to the franchise. But I hope for the best because I enjoy the Fantastic Beasts series.

If any movie is going to be the prime example of Sins of the Father, it's this one. Again, I'll try to avoid making bold statements going forward, but I just don't see any real excitement for this. @Noctiswill of course see it opening night in IMAX, but his contributions won't be enough to make this a meaningful success.

 

And I haven't even gotten to Rowling. Even without her, this movie has an uphill climb.

Love the trailer! Much more of a sense of a direction and adventure than the previous film, and you can clearly see the scale is MUCH larger. If this doesn’t excite Potter fans I’m not sure what will
