This is definitely a major role if the trades are reporting it. Honestly after the run he was on throughout the 2010s I wouldn't be surprised if the next couple of years he mainly does movies of the popcorn variety. Strike while the iron is hot and collect that money.

Seriously, people think that if you have a major role  in a DC film, there is some law against you playing a  major role in a Marvel film,or vice versa.THat is pure BS.

There is no freaking way Marvel or DC could tell an actor he could not take a job with the other company. The SAG would be all over them in a New York Minute, and the legal precedents are this  would be a  clear restraint of trade, a big no no.

You are going to see a lot more of this in the future.

But glad to see Beta Ray BIll in this movie. It's the kind of character that Taiki could have a lot of fun with.
