Do you think BP2 will be another victim of this?

Yes. We still don’t have a trailer for the film despite it opening in a few months which is seldom a good sign. Take a look at TL&T and its late arriving trailer. With the absence of Boseman to contend with, you will have fans unsure if they like the film because it is too similar (or too different) than BP1. Yes, it may turn out to be a good film but the warning signs are there.

The pandemic 7th wknd record is just 11M for comparison. TGM will comfortably be taking the records until at least 10th, where things could get interesting.

Nwh has good late legs .

Even if Thor opens slightly above Dominion, its now practically locked to gross less in total DOM. B+ CS is awful for Marvel.

Summer is empty it can stretch to 350 to 380m.

Almost caught up on Better Call Saul, Barry is incredible TV that way more people should be watching, it's seriously Breaking Bad/BCS quality, Atlanta S3 was another winner, the premiere and the finale particularly were two of the best episodes they've done, and The Boys has been good fun this season. That's all the new TV I've been watching.

What?! Even more frontloaded than DS2 and NWH? Unless it is the fan rush factor pushed up true Friday number for the formers, TLT has a disappointing true Friday after Thursday show the healthy walk ups. Didn’t expect this to come close to 150m, instead of 160m.

And neither the holdovers have a great Friday bump too, except TBP.

Aggregate weekend should still be around 240m. The biggest weekend of the year and we have a 7 consecutive above 100m weekend.
