Joy | David O. Russell | Christmas 2015 | New Trailer on Page 20!

Jennifer Lawrence's character was in her mid-30s when she invented her mop prototype. Lawrence doesn't look like she's in her mid-30s.

DOR likes to cast her for roles that are 10 years too old because we all know there aren't excellent  actresses in their mid 30s who don't look like curdled cheese. :sadno:

Rachel MacAdams, Anna Kendrick, Emily Blunt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Jessica Chastain look like curdled cheese to you?

I think she was ironic...There is plenty of gorgeous great actresses in their mid-30's out there but DOR's obsession in casting J-Law as his go-to HILF is obnoxious. We get it, he's in love with her and wants to cast her in all of his movies from now on, that doesn't mean she's the most adequate actress for all those roles.

Actually its not about based on true story of her character.  Because DOR mentioned multiple women and their situation will be used as reference.  So its not a bio movie.

I hope SW destroys this. I'm tired of Hollywood's Jennifer Lawrence propaganda.

Even if SW does destroy this film, her "propaganda" will not end that easily. It's not like anyone would be shocked if the latest Star Wars film obliterates a human drama about the woman who invented SuperMop (or whatever it's called).
