are seriously  damaging the Marvel brand, dumbing it down to seduce immature 12 yo.

Yeah the MCU is sophisticated, for intellectuals only . Those taserface,  turds and nipple jokes in Guardians are too  advanced  for simple minds...😎

They are certainly getting made for the family audience more than the male teens one.

According to Cinemascore

Audience above 25

Venom: 36%

Guardian 2: 60%

Ant-Man 2: 58%

Thor 3: 63%

It was boy heavy also versus the recent MCU gender split affair I think.

That said SpiderMan for the MCU already did that a lot, going for the 12 year's old.

Deadpool for the hole weekend was 53% over 25, 62% guys, Deadpool 2 preview thursday was 61% male, 62% over 25.

Guy didn't read the writing on the wall when Gunn got fired.

Putting "Views expressed here are my own" does not wash. They always reflect on your employer. Especially when half your customers are conservative and half are Liberal.

Disney does not need to alienate half its customer base through rogue employees mouthing off.

Also, same as Gunn, he publicly tweeted his support for Barr getting fired.

But let's be honest, his tweets are not the worst thing about him. Try reading his books. Pretty sure a good 80% of the people in this forum write better than him.

This Youtube channel has 18 million followers and posted this today:

At the time of release, Watchmen was met with mixed reviews and bombed at the box office. You would think it would be forgotten, but 10 years later, people are still watching it, discussing it, and figuring out that it was actually a great film.

This is why comparing box office numbers and RT scores is useless. A lot of movies from 2009 that performed better and were better received have faded from people's memories, while Watchmen has slowly turned into a classic.

And the same thing will happen to Batman v Superman.
