Isn't his beef with Paul Walker's character? It would make no sense for him to go after the familia since we can't have any actual payoff to the plot without resorting to Disney-Star Wars like raising the dead antics.

Most films on location , carefully plan their shooting just to avoid or minimize this kind of thing, which makes for bad PR.

Just more reason to question the basic competence of some of the people invovled in this production.
