RTH is the source.  Deadline needs one.

RTH doesn't have a specific time he reports them.  Sometimes 11pm EST and sometimes much later.  He's not obligated to report them to us, we are pretty lucky he does this at all.

Daylight savings on Europe tonight so yeah... it is gonna be late pretty fast in about 20 minutes when the clocks go from 1 AM to 2 AM.
