Infinity War is getting 9 screens here for the weekend and I'm sure a bunch of the other movies showing will get cancelled in the likely event they don't sell.

On pure math yes but then you have to account for the fact that at least a portion (albeit probably small) of TLJ's presales were for the holidays/weekdays since people were off. It's probably less than 5% but that could add $5-10 million more into calculating IW's opening weekend.
