don't feel well...

I feel like I've had a cold for 6 months, can't stop swallowing nasal saliva (post nasal drip), nothing is inflamed and no congestion or coughing other than daily marijuana abuse,

feel like I am dying

I haven't gone to a doctor and I am not on any antibiotics.  

 

any suggestions or ideas?

Admittedly a lot of it does seem to be people dogpiling on whatever insipid people started this nonsense.  So it could be a reverse trend where it's folks dunking on whatever fools started it.

If you tried everything here https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/treatments-for-post-nasal-drip, it's probably time to see a doc b/c you might have a structural nasal issue that needs surgery (I had a friend require that - said his life was so vastly better afterwards).  But again, before you go that far, try the things here (especially the propped pillow and cool mist humidifor in sleep b/c that's when you would rapidly build up the drip and sleep like crap).

 

PS - Also, try skipping the marijuana...all your symptoms could be a side effect of the drug (if you smoke it, you'd have similar symptoms in your respiratory symptom as a cigarette smoker...and smokers have many of the issues you describe).

it could be the smoking, but I sleep well.  I don't wake up to clear my throat or cough,

but as soon as I start my day, I start swallowing.  

what the hell would be lingering inside me to keep doing this so long?

 

I don't want to see a doctor because I've lost trust and respect for most old people and I'm uncomfortable seeing a doctor if it requires entering a system
