$25M is a perfectly good number for Black Panther, but it represents only a 75% increase from Thursday, which has me thinking the Friday number will go up. (Though maybe the movie is more of a Saturday/Sunday player.)

And at the time previews were smaller, Avengers did 18.7m in previews not 25.2m, helping is second weekend legs a little bit.

Avengers didn't have a holiday boosted Sunday either like BP.
So... people are really expecting BP to drop better than Avengers 2nd weekend?

The question is do they compare the numbers to BP last Friday or do they compare it to Avengers on second friday.
If they compare it to last friday, they obviously will be off. Afternoon will always drop harder than evening, because evening is easier at capacity at OD.
