Wow, that extra 9M on the high end really improves the weekend outlook.

Hey, can anyone remember why I posted this? Doesn’t make any sense to me now somehow.

There was such an upfront demand for Infinity Wars that it's bound to have a bit of a drop this weekend. If it was to make a hundred and fifteen million I'm guessing that would be about a 55% drop which would be absolutely phenomenal. You can't expect it to drop in the 40s. To me that's just not realistic.

I figured 55% drop because something like a 50% drop would be very hard in the summer with a movie like this. The fanbase swarmed to it opening weekend, unlike the Avengers and Black Panther which not only opened big but had a lot of people "discovering" it. Anything above 110M would be pretty solid, 120M and above would be fantastic.

Domestic cume would shoot past $450M by SUN going past TDKR and saddening Nolanites #Ed and Mr.White (*Not* CJohn).

Here's the thing, it doesn't change one fact : Dark Knight trilogy is much better:sparta:

Premature don’t ya think? You realize if it hits the high end of rths range today that it could end up with as light as a 48-49% drop right? Sat will be huge just like last week.
