Few days? Isnt it nearly 2 weeks rest of the world and 3 weeks in US. I would think Incredibles 2 will do more damage in 2 weeks.  Looks like for 2 weeks Solo, Deadpool 2, and AIW will stick right where they are.

JW releases on June 6th in most markets, thats 10 Days. Really not that much room for Solo. Deadpool/IW are definetly in a better position for some late legs than it, just by beeing in theaters longer at that point/having already made the majority of their grosses.

That would also be under the overseas gross of Paddington 2, Tomb Raider, Peter Rabbit, Maze Runner 3, Pacific Rim Uprising, and Fifty Shades Freed just to name some smaller films from earlier this year.

"Paddington 2 made more overseas than a Star Wars movie."

Slap that on the box, @That One Guy.

Well, at least Solo will make more than Tomorrowland. ;)

T'land did an abysmal 1.1x it's 190 prod budget globally (209.15 ww). Similar to John Carter's 1.14x (284/250).

WB's Pan and Arthur are even more horrific at 0.85x. Pan 128 ww, 150 prod budget. Arthur 149 ww on 175.

Speaking of Maze Runner, I was rewatching the third film and was amazed and how much scale and action the director was able to do for a 60m budget. More blockbuster directors should follow his example

Just got out of Solo and it ain’t half bad. Better than Last Jedi and Rogue One. I enjoyed the light nature of it. Actors were all good especially Alden Ehrenreich surprisingly. Best visuals and sets I’ve seen in a Star Wars movie yet. 7/10

Go in with an open mind and lesser expectations and you’ll have fun. Feels like one of those 70s or 80s Sci-fi films you’ve seen but in a mostly good way. I too think Ron Howard saved it the flaws in the movie are clearly because of the production. It’s apparent.

That's  compliment coming from you.

Just think of how pissed you'd be if they took everything you love about Harry Potter and turned it upside down.

That's not a compliment...especially coming from me.

What happened to Harry Potter? Did they end up confiscating wands and end up arming witches and wizards with AK-47's to gun down minorities? Avada Blackadra? Avada Atheista? Avada Muslimsa? Did all these spells really not end up working?
