Doom will obviously be introduced into the MCU at some point during the next 5-10 years --On one hand, it may seem obvious for Feige to hold Doom for FF.  On the other hand...it's been done twice now, already... so I could also see them going a different direction, like Spidey, just to switch it up...

Maybe introduce him in Black Panther II 👀....

""Doomwar" is a 2010 event storyline published by Marvel Comics. It deals with Doctor Doom's covert overthrow of the royal family of Wakanda and the following clash with various members of the superhuman community."

Yeah, that's been rumored for a while, already, too... we'll see.

According to multiple sources reportedly close to Marvel, Dacre Montgomery (Billy Hargrove from Stranger Things) is the frontrunner to play The Human Torch.

Dacre Montgomery Is Reportedly In Talks To Play The Human Torch In The MCU's Fantastic Four Movie (EXCLUSIVE) | Small Screen (small-screen.co.uk)

Hmm, he doesn’t really impress me in anything I’ve seen him in but Marvel Studios makes even average talent work.

It's going to be Rumor Central for a long time now so I wouldn't pay heed to casting "reports" from dubious sources until the first official announcements are made.

The jock from The Prom would make a pretty good Johnny Storm I think. This time, the character they racebend could be Reed Richards. Saw a fancast of Daveed Diggs as The Thing too which sounds spectacular.

Wonder if they want him to do Spider-Man 4 instead

Article says he's done with superhero films for a while.

Nothing sinister here; Watts just needs a break from the superhero realm after completing the Spidey trilogy with Tom Holland and Zendaya.

Both Watts and Marvel confirmed his exit, and said that it is amicable.

Said Kevin Feige, president, Marvel Studios and Louis D’Esposito, co-president, Marvel Studios: “Collaborating with Jon on the Spider-Man films has been a true pleasure. We were looking forward to continuing our work with him to bring the Fantastic Four into the MCU but understand and are supportive of his reasons for stepping away. We are optimistic that we will have the opportunity to work together again at some point down the road.

Watts said that “Making three Spider-Man films was an incredible and life changing experience for me. I’m eternally grateful to have been a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for seven years. I’m hopeful we’ll work together again and I can’t wait to see the amazing vision for Fantastic Four brought to life.”

The lack of any real progress should have been a sign. For the best IMO, as while I enjoy Watts's work, I'd rather have someone with a grander and more epic vision do these characters justice. General audiences don't exactly have fond memories of this IP, so it's great to see Marvel making sure this movie works out unlike Fox.

Mmm... He says he wants a break. I don't know when FF was supposed to start but I wouldn't be surprised if he's back for SM4 tbh.
