The Bling Ring isn't disappointing at all. It is doing well enough for an indie release backed by a small distribution company. Spring Breakers made $14 million, Mud made $20 million+. This can make around $10 million depending on A24's release strategy for the next 2-3 weeks.

I don't know.  This movie isn't aimed at an audience that shows up for midnight/late night previews.  I think it makes sense.  Even if it goes down to 40, this is doing exactly what I thought.
