75Live
Definitely a good episode and nice to see Sabine get more characterization
Porthos
Easy 10/10. Best episode since Twilight of the Apprentice. This episode, in a way, also highlights the difference between it and TCW. It's tight focus allows for a very personal and 'small' episode yet at the same time launch a window into such a larger set of consequences. Pure brilliance by Dave Filoni. edit It's also full of texture, nuance, and layer. AND expands the scope of SW lore instead of restricting it. One of the highlights: Spoiler Hera (pressing why Kanan is being 'careful' with Sabine when he wasn't with Ezra): Or maybe because she doesn't have the Force. You don't believe she can do this? Kanan: No, the Force resides in all living things. But you have to be open to it. Sabine is blocked, her mind is conflicted. And in a later scene: Sabine: The blade is getting lighter. Kanan: It's connecting with you. An, IMO much needed, step away from the "LOL only Jedi/Sith/'Force Sensitives' can ever use a lightsaber". And I say that because while a 'Force Senstitive' would ALWAYS be better, all things being equal, the Force IS in all living things. EVERYONE has potential to tap into the Force on some level. A reminder, even a subtle one, that one doesn't have to be a superhero with preternatural abilities to be a hero is a much needed one, I think. Though, just you watch, SABINE IS TEH FORCE SENSITIVE hot takes will start right about, oh, yesterday. And maybe she is. But, then, Dave Filoni might say that everyone is Force Sensitive on some level. One of the best things about the episode, IMO. Beyond the obvious stuff like Sabine's mental block and more of her backstory revealed. Also have to wonder if... Spoiler there was an off-screen chat between Bendu and Sabine. Porthos
A subtle thing, but more of those force birds convorees showed up to watch Sabine train: It was a Filoni written episode with a decent chunk of mythology lurking under the surface, so I suppose their appearance was to be expected. 4815162342
That was a solid episode, with a cool showdown between Sabine and Saxon. Pleasantly surprised by how they ended the episode, we'll see how long they commit to that decision.

This show is Thrawn's only appearance in the new canon. Otherwise he has no story, etc.

aabattery
It was Big Heads actor (John Brener) voicing Erskin Semaj. Called it. Anyway, good episode. Nice to see the formation of the Rebellion as we know it.
