Boxofficerules
Liberal SJWs are going mad about this movie which makes me want to support it.
Jay Beezy
What genuine stakes are there when a guy who's supposedly an everyman becomes akin to a trained killer when driven by vengeance? It's not a liberal SJW issue. It's one thing when the wronged person is already a trained killer to begin with like John Wick. Maxmoser3
Looks decent. Although Eli Roth is shock-value, but he's improving himself this year as his commercial for Halloween Horror Nights is actually decent and pretty cool. so I hope he can regain himself and make a fun action film with an actor who is capable of making a pretty good action movie. WrathOfHan
I just realized this is opening against Red Sparrow What the hell is Annapurna/MGM thinking?

They probably think there's just not much of a place for a movie heavy on gun violence right now (especially over Thanksgiving weekend, of all weekends).

That still doesn't explain why they thought opening against another hard-R action film was a good date. Mid-January or Early-April would've been a better spot to move.

Ah make sense, they would need to start the marketing soon and it is not the only movie to leave that weekend (Molly game did too), it is a crowded one. RichWS
Whenever I see Eli Roth's name, I think: "How is that playing in actual theaters?" 2 2

WrathOfHan
This still looks fun. They still needed to pick a much better opening date because Red Sparrow will suck up a lot of the audience.
Lordmandeep
This seems like a perfect film to release on Netflix and get a ton of attention like Bright.
