DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS | 05.06.2022 | Disney | 4th Most Profitable Movie of 2022

India (Asia) was sleeping when trailer released. Odd timing.  Views and Likes will get better boost in middle hours of first 24 hrs.

I don't know how much this super bowl ad is worth. Feels like a waste to spend so much money on releasing trailer when You tube has bigger reach and literally free.

Nothing bigger than the SB domestically, and it'll put a lot of eyes on it who wouldn't otherwise see.

I agreed with an OW between 170-180M, but i doubt legs will be short.

Of course it won't be 3x like NWH which benefits from lack of competition and holidays. But part of the great legs for NWH is because the movie is simply a huge crowdpleaser and give everything people wanted to see.

DS2 will give to people things they want to see and more, also it looks like a similar crowdpleaser. If it's the case, i think we can expect 2.7-2.8x legs and a possible 500M grosser domestic.

I'm still pretty bearish on legs. Something like 2.5x I think. Post Phase 1, the best end-of-April/beginning-of-May MCU legs is only 2.66x by GOTG V2. The others are...

IM3 = 2.35x

AOU = 2.40x

CACW = 2.28x

IW = 2.63x

EG = 2.40x

I will go $150-175M to $350-400M.

Is that bearish? I’m on 2.5 and I would describe it as slightly bullish.

Bearish compared to his 2.7-2.8x at least. Not bearish for that release slot in the MCU.

Just gotta take out AoU and I am happy.

I feel confident that OW will be $170-190M, and legs are 2.35-2.5x

So a DOM range of $400-475M.

Wandavision really made Scarlet Witch literally top 5 most popular MCU characters cuz wow the hype on twitter for her is kinda amazing for a character like her

Wanda is the most popular character Disney Marvel (not Sony) has right now in MCU tying with Thor ig.
