In all fairness, Godzilla gave good trailer.  No matter how you felt about the end product.

Godzilla had pretty good advertising, even if they weren't exactly advertising the movie they were showing in theaters.

The opening for Kong is huge, can't believe it reached 60M against 2nd weekend of Logan and in the vein of a juggernaut opening next weekend. Awesome!

 

Second weekend for Logan is great, even more when you consider it had to face Kong's 60M opening.
