Friday included more than 2m in previews as well so its not completely apples v apples

I'm sure there aren't any comps really but is that pretty good for Vice?

As I posted in the weekend thread, most of Vice and Holmes' shows are filled near capacity tomorrow. Would not be surprised if they pick up extra shows

Ummm, aren't most shows filled to capacity tomorrow (or heavily sold), so pulling showings becomes impossible?

PS - These movies are not filled at my locals (and 1 isn't even at 1 of my locals), but my locals have pulled a single ME showing for the morning to give another TBD movie...that is literally the only showing at either place that hasn't sold a seat...

Curious what kind of TC drop ME will have... I enjoyed the visual aspects of the movie - with better leads and more focus on the robot zombie thing (to actually build on the emotional side of the characters) as opposed to the typical YA save the world plot, I think it would have been a good movie. The basic idea of the moving cities was crazy enough for me to be appealing, but aside from a couple (admittedly great) scenes, this concept was never explored to its full crazy potential. I think it's a very MEH! movie, as opposed to an outright atrocious one, which is why seeing it completely crash like this wasn't initially as entertaining as it might have been. However, at this point, after that second weekend drop... well, let's just say I do want to see how many negative records it can set... 🙈

They can dump some ME or Marwen shows if they want :hahaha:

If Beale Street Could Talk when it expands(if it actually does) on Christmas won’t be in any amc theaters in Los Angeles smh. The release schedule is so frustrating

It's going into 600 next weekend, so it should be at an AMC by then.
