Now, Saturday has turned out to be a historical day at box office. As per estimates, the film raked in 5.5 crores approx on Saturday becoming first film in the history of Pakistani box office to hit 5 crore in a single day. Two days total touched 10 crores making it first film ever to hit 10 crores in two days.

Saturday numbers are actually magical as no one in the industry had thought that the film would hit that big a number. Film trashed each and every record in Karachi, Lahore and Rwp/Isl on Saturday. Lahore alone collected over 2 crore on Saturday. Earlier, Sultan had collected 4.08 crore approx on day two in Pakistan. That was the only time when a film could hit 4 crore mark in a single day in Pakistan. Now Avengers: Endgame has taken it to another level by going beyond 5 crore mark.

All these records have being made when film saw release in English version only. If the dubbed version of the movie had released as well, then Day One would have gone over 5 crore and Saturday would have gone over 6 crore.

Yeah, I'd say $535m is ridiculously high for an OS-Ch opening.  Absurdly high.  Obscenely high even.  Kinda hard to believe that these are real numbers.

 

 

Infinity War Monday OS-Ch was $55m, but somewhat inflated by the Tuesday holiday in many places, while for EG the holiday is Wednesday.  Wed/Thu for IW were both $32m, using that as the regular weekday level and a comparable ratio for EG I think Monday comes in at around $40m, and Tues-Wed will be quite a bit higher with Thursday coming back down.

Mex: $2.4m

Australia: $2.1m

 

These markets alone would give $83.4m USD (these are just my guesses so take it with a grain of salt)

I should end up around $100m ww.

After Sunday, DOM should be around 600M and China around 500M. Rest of OS did 536M this weekend, so should be at 950M+ after Sunday. Add to that an estimated 30M Russian opening and the overall cume approaches 2.1B!!!

Dom should be way past 600mil by Sunday, IW added 200mil Mon-Sun, IW should be able to add 40mil to that easily if the 40mil prediction for Monday can be believed, hell even if it's on the low end at 36mil that just leaves 29mil for the rest of the 6 days.

What are the nums currently for China, jap , Aus and UK Kayom or anyone?

Indonesia's OW adjusted up to $15.4M or almost 5 million admissons. Looks like it could reach $30M+ or 10 million admissions in 2 weeks (I'm not sure if it's by the end of week 2, which is 12 days, or 14 days). Either way, no movie has even been close to these numbers.

 

The number for Dom on the table above hasn't been updated btw.

Avengers - Endgame had an extraordinary Monday as collections crossed the 30 crore nett mark with 31 crore nett apprx coming on the fourth day. The drop is 40% on Monday but this is excellent considering where the collections are. The Monday is the second highest ever in terms of NETT and GROSS collections as it was lower than Bahubali - The Conclusion but higher than 2.0. No Hindi film has ever collected 30 crore nett on a  Monday.

 

 

The total collections of Endgame are now 190 crore nett in four days and although the week is hard to judge this early it would be no surprise if its gets to 275 crore nett. The 300 crore nett mark will be hit over the second weeeknd ona  worst case scenario. The lifetime is even harder to judge but 2.0 is a good yardstick and that film did 413 crore nett across India and at the moment Avengers Endgame has a better trend and also slightly higher numbers on Monday so the figures of that film can be beaten.
