is it legal to use the tagline "global phenomenon" for something that only grossed 830 million?

Still in the top 5 two months later. Disney needs to delay the streaming

It’s still in the top 5 because everything between it and Avatar/Puss turned out to be dead in the water (or in the case of Violent Night, was always going to collapse by now). Had this been the first week of 2020 it would’ve barely cling to the top 10.

Is there a thread on Secret Wars? I could have sworn there used to be a dedicated Marvel section but no longer it seems.

There is one but it hasn't been used in a while, most of the discussion has been in the Kang Dynasty thread or just in random MCU or weekend threads.

Really happy for this film success after after the awful DS2 and Thor4. It will be very interesting how they will introduce the new Black Panther in the 3rd film. Please let Ryan direct.

Uh...why wouldn't Shuri remain the Black Panther for a bit?  The other possibility that's introduced in this movie won't be ready for MCU prime time for at least 20 years...unless, of course, they just abandon all sense like THOR4 did, and say it's OK to bring toddlers in to save the universe...despite the threat of eternal damnation from a demi-god!

T'Challa might replace Iron Heart as the supporting kid in BP3.

Ugh....words cannot describe how stupid and juvenile that movie was. I hope Marvel isn't wondering why a chunk of the audience is checking out.

We won't see another BP film until phase 7 so they can easily play with time and have T'Challa Jr take the thrown as a 19 to 20 year old. I don't see any other reason why they would introduce him in wakanda Forever.

Well, we know he was supposed to be a major character before Chadwick Boseman’s passing. In terms of his purpose in what we ended up getting, I’m pretty sure it’s just a way to end the film on a more optimistic note by showing that Shuri’s family isn’t completely gone, and that T’Challa’s legacy will live on.

Where is the evidence of that? Cauze thor 4 would have putgrossed ragnarok with china and russia easily.

Some of you are projecting and you have zero attachment to reality. Also, comics are juvenile. They have been for 60 years

There is a difference between being juvenile and a complete joke. Love and Thunder will go down as one of Marvels worst.

This movie has held up VERY well through the holiday storm (or should I say "flood" that is WOW). Still making over $3 million on weekends and during the week. It should have small-ish drops until it comes  out on D+ and should land between $455m and $460m domestic.
