It makes sense that they'd try and jump on those coattails more than their Snow White movie even if it doesn't have Jolie. The same way they made a prequel/sequel and managed to have "Elsa" in it to try and draft off Frozen.

kowhite
From the producers of Maleficent. IE, we get it...the first movie sucked. Granted, Malfeicent wasn't exactly art but we know what made real money. Blunt + Chastain > KStew. Seriously, that should be the tag line. Mojoguy
They brought The Claf back but not K-Stew. The producers didn't want KStew screwing the new director! Edited February 23, 2016 by Mojoguy

Captain Craig
I'm ROFL at some of you suddenly acting like no other movie in the history of cinema has used the "from the Producers/Director of ______" tag before. Reading some of your posts you'd think it was an entirely new marketing concept. Find something else to criticize if you don't like what you've seen. That marketing line as your point of attack makes you seem like a box office noob and some of you DO know better which is even more humorous.

I'm fascinated by the thought people would really give a shit about Stewart or the director coming back after that. Nobody would care. 1 hour ago, Captain Craig said: I'm ROFL at some of you suddenly acting like no other movie in the history of cinema has used the "from the Producers/Director of ______" tag before. Sisters was "From a Producer of Meet the Parents" two months ago.

Actually, I just figured out that it was released on February 11th which was 2 weeks ago. But, Why was the poster released online after the trailer ? I thought that the posters for movies always come out online first . Edited February 23, 2016 by Sean B

The Futurist
Blunt, Theron, Chastain & Kirk s father will joke about this in the press tours of their next respective movies.
TLK
It won't make less than $35 million on OW. I think not having KStew/Snow White hurts the movie with the target demographics more than it helps but there is a healthy demand for fantasy movies. The Futurist
The first movie looked better and way less cheap.
