Cavill's hair looks very stupid and this trailer and set up of the movie just seemed way too similar to the lost city.

 

Don't think my hype for a film has ever deflated faster after seeing a trailer than this.

 

All I heard was Vaughn spy thriller with cavill and I was in. But this? I'm good.

Looks good for a cinema evening and then forget about it. Hope it surprises me like the first Kingsman did all these years back. Still I think they are making a mistake giving top billing to Cavill and making him look like the protagonist. Aren’t people suing companies by law these days for false advertising?

 

Final thought, Henry should have NOT agreed on that hair. It’s awful. I mean good for him because it shows he is willing to shed his perfect image but jeez…

This sure does look like a January/February movie alright but I'm here just to see all these folks in one project.

This movie looks good. The second half of the trailer is better. Once you get past the Romancing the Stone/Lost City setup. Mostly looking forward to the cast and hoping Vaughn has got his A Game going. Apple could have just dumped this like they did Ghosted but they test screened it and Universal came aboard to release it in theaters. That should be a good sign.Finger crossed.

Yup, I quite liked this, and I honestly don't mind the Lost City vibes, I  really enjoyed that movie anyway, so if it is a mix of that with more serious spy stuff, I am all in.

if you mean on the Appletv channel the comments are turned off on all their videos. The comments aren't off on the Universal Pictures version posted above.

I'm not convinced Cavill's role is that small. The fact he is still getting top Credit and not a and credit. it feels like there is stuff they are keeping out of the marketing and the wink to the camera at the end is interesting.

I actually find that I like it these days. For popular videos half of the top comments feel like they came from bots anyway, and a good portion of the other half is either nonsense of incredibly toxic.

This does look like a blast. Wish it was coming out this year. Considering what a slog of underperformers and outright bombs we seem to getting the rest of this year save for a few movies like Wonka, this could have broken through. Oh well will just have to wait until Feb where it if it delivers it should do well and surprise.

Can confirm! Got this like 5 or 6 times in the last month and it becomes more and more tiring every time I watch it.
