Excellent final day and it finished within the range I expected yesterday. Looking at ATP and with a holiday tomorrow, ~10m previews is in play. Will post friday number later. 

$10M seems tough IMO as actuals will probably be $2.65M range. $9.5-9.75M type may be but WB may just round off to $10M.

And the last live-action action movie to do above $175M DOM total was 11 months ago (😲), so GxK is definitely filling that niche now

That said, I did thought Dune 2 OW be lower than Dune 1 real value OW but seeing Dune 2 performance elsewhere, I feel Dune 2 OW > Dune 1 real value OW. So probably $60-70M in normal BO times.

Probably not much, maybe $275M. Summer OW be $300M I guess.

I really do think NWH would have taken the #2 spot from Endgame and would have topped $900M with a normal box office run

That is why I estimated a round number. Otherwise I would have gone for 9.7m ish.

Don't wanna derail the thread but let's be real, there's no way it would've done $800M+ DOM in a normal summer 2021. Christmas as well as three months of no competition SAVED No Way Home.

He is comping with normal thursday previews and he did get data early. Look at growth from 3PM PST onwards. Really huge. It sold almost as much as what Dune 2 did entire final day in that time.

Actually started with 90%, had gone to 92% which is good for a franchise with more general audience base than die hard fans.

WOW. should clear 375K I guess, on high end 390K type may be. $26M+ OD be done deal with that. I can see $28M+.

Now I'm interested in seeing how Venom 3 does
