Some sites have reported that the final edit of Sniper was done by Cooper, Eastwood apparently shot a lot of footage and then just left (or maybe he did just forget that he shot a movie)

It's interesting but I don't think Sniper is a "MURICA! FUCK YEAH!" movie at all. though it can be interpreted that way. Like I said in the review thread, I think what people bring into it is what they'll take out of it.

I think American Sniper will do most of its business domestically but I think its OS performance will be better than similar films, its done very well in Italy and I expect it'll do well in places like the UK and Australia.
