How do we know that's not just her when cameras weren't rolling? Also, iphones existed before 2023, so it could still be a prequel

Idk but it seems they were filming

There are people thinking it could be before Iron Man 2, so if the iphone is on the scene it's not.

At this point would any of us be surprised if, knowing media were snapping pics of the shoot, they had her do the scene with an iPhone with the intention of removing the logo and whatnot in post, just to send the fan speculation off on a wild goose chase?

Iphone was launched June 29 2007 so hard to gauge if the scene takes place in the past or present/future.

that said, I cannot imagine that they wouldn't bring her back somehow for more BW movies. They had to make her death stick in EG to raise stakes, but BW movies are different ballgame. It's also a big selling point, whether she'll come back in the movie(s).

and yes, it's going to be big.

I can't recall when/what film(s) the arrow necklace was in so help me out.

What are we saying this signifies?

The arrow necklace (which was first in Winter Soldier I think?)symbolises Nat's friendship with Clint which only happens after he finds her and brings her to SHIELD meaning that unless they re-purpose the meaning of the necklace this film may take place after she already became a SHIELD agent (and doesn't debunk the rumour this film takes place between Civil War and Infinity War).

Nat was first shown wearing the necklace in The Winter Soldier. At that point, considering the movie’s emphasis on her relationship with Cap as co-workers turned good friends with no romantic inclinations, and how it was her very next appearance in MCU after The Avengers (where history between Nat and Clint was kept pretty vague); fans speculate that the necklace was filmmakers’ way of subtly hint at a current ongoing romantic tie between the two.

That speculation of course got dusted quickly (pun intended) the next year in Age of Ultron with double whammy of Clint’s secret family and Nat/Bruce affair. Since then, I think fans and shippers alike settled for deep-rooted friendship with a shared meaningful past as the arrow necklace’s significance (like what @Darth Lehnsherr stated)

IIRC, she didn’t have it on in Civil War, but she was shown wearing the necklace in Endgame. It was in the scene of Nat/Steve/Scott first went to talk with Tony about time travel at the lake house (actually, it’s the second picture in the tweet you originally quoted).

I thought that necklace Easter Egg was a nice touch, reaffirming her strong attachment to Clint. In the time when she was burdened with severe guilt and grief over IW’s aftermath, it seems that his lost family and subsequent Ronin’s activities hit the hardest.

(sorry my reply got long lol)
