IIRC because of Universal forcing cameos from other people acting in Universal movies at the time Chris Pratt was in the highest grossing and lowest grossing film of that year because of Jem.

The funny part is that the Chris Pratt cameo wasn't even made for the film. It's archive footage from a USA Today interview.

It's stranger than that actually, Universal did not even force cameos, they used archive footage. Chris Pratt's cameo was from an appearance on USA Today or something where he was talking about dating his sister's Jem dolls when he was a kid, The Rock was congratulating Taylor Swift for Badd Blood. It's amazing just how much on the cheap that entire movie was made.
