Adult orientated as in mainly targeting 18-35 yr olds?   That's the age group that's been going to films.

West Side Story definitely will.

 

What I mean is the complete floppage of those other movies doesn't negate the fact that In the Heights disappointed theatrically. That being said, through HBO Max it certainly had more people watching it than those you mentioned.

Might just end up watching this today at the IMAX fan event because it's free. Can't be asked to spend another $20 on a movie. Really wanted to see what a movie looks like in a Dolby Cinema tho.

I just saw god Spielberg on a 75 feet tall screen but I had my phone confiscated before I could take a picture of him. Movie is a masterpiece too.

Wonder if Spielberg had this movie in mind when making this scene. Just him trying to play around with the camera without any physical limitations first before doing something similar in live-action. Even kinda reminds me of when Maria and Tony first meet.

I always see adult oriented at going after 25+ and normally displaying a moderate-to-large female skew, depending on the material...as you saw in the study this weekend, that demo is absolutely AWOL right now...
