I think The Flash as an IP is still huge; i would argue in terms of name - he is more famous than Aquaman and only behind Batman, Superman and Wonderwoman in DC.

 

If it has a good release date and the film has good quality (RT above 80%), i can see it doing very very well worldwide.

This movie sounds like a mess. Flashpoint while MCU is doing multiverse makes it seem redundant. No nostalgia seeing Affleck again. Keaton still remains GOAT Batman, but I’d rather some Tim Burton Dark Knight Returns than this.
