1000 pages for tracking thread, it's a big achievement, I would like to congratulate all the people involved and say that now it's time to break new barriers.

 

Now it's time to track movies even before the pre sales start, let's start the tracking for Mufasa King & Sonic the 3rd.

I don't expect it's gonna follow Alien Romulus. Want to see what Panda 4 comps look like.

 

I'm personally not seeing much immediate demand at Canton, just six tickets sold for the EA screening so far and still empty Thursday.

1st Joker movie was the 1st movie tracked by me automatically at least. It had uber strong start considering its presales cycle was just 11 days. It did 13m in previews which was shocking back then(it did not play like a SH movie as there was no money shot or anything). I think this one has more hype considering Gaga and its a sequel as well. I dont know how to define crazy but I am expecting big OD presales. 

But I do remember 1st joker movie under performing in Florida back then. it should be seen in the tracking thread back then.

Wed Previews always kind of tricky as its 1 show per theatre so the percents can be a little interesting-still definitely good showings for those days, Thurs and Fri seem quieter.

It’s likely not doing 5m pure previews. Romulus underindexed + didn’t accelerate until later on, but it’s the only reasonable comp I can get for T-23. For example comparing to AQP D1 the comp would be 1.64m.

If Ortega is really that big, Wenesday is going to have a problem hanging on to Ortega. AAt the least, she will get a much bigger paycheck.
