Krispy Kreme, who makes amazingly tasty doughnuts, is teaming up with the Power Rangers Movie to make custom glazed doughnuts to advertise the upcoming movie! The donuts will be chocolate glazed topped with a morphinominal lightning bolt in the 5 representative colors!

 

 

The Doughnuts should be hitting Krispy Kreme stores from February 27th through April 2nd!
Thanks to Twitter user @CDawhare you can already head to Walmart where 6 packs of the Doughnuts are already on sale!

 

 

As we’ve seen previously in BTS photos of the movie, Krispy Kreme must have some hand of financial backing or product placement in the movie as you can see in the photo above.

I'm not part of the generation that grew up on Power Rangers, and I have no idea who these characters are or what any of this means, but I'm super hyped to see this movie. Super colorful ninja super-heroes and giant animal robots turning into another giant robot on the big screen? Well worth the $10 ticket.

So Lionsgate is promoting the 2 fun and cheesy tv spots, and are not promoting the dark rita tv spot, 
i think they should be promoting this movie's dark tones, we already have the people who want to see power rangers, we need the non power ranger fans, they need to play up the movie's dark tone, and even cut a breakfast club style tv spot with rangers in school
