Sonic is still pretty popular with kids, my 10 year old and all his friends love sonic. Sonic was one of the games he wanted first for his new switch (along with Mario). I don’t think this will be massive but it should do ok.

Sonic and Humans don't work together. That's why I love most of the series.

 

I thought Sally from the SATam series was a good love interest.

 

Maybe Amy could be another love interest too, like in Sonic Boom series.
