It looks so fucking ridiculous with the eyes above that mouth that looks like a stupid grin. She looks like a friendly ghost, not a terrified incubator. Speaking of which, that xenomorph is crushing her lungs and heart. There is no way in hell that anyone could survive like that, plus her sternum would look ten months pregnant if her ribs didn't crack first. Parasites want their hosts to live long enough for them to develop into full, chest-bursting glory, not die of suffocation.
