I'm really not that surprised at the lack of anything newsworthy in terms of geek properties like GOTG. I believe that it's rare for these kinds of calls to contain any of that (the last major news was the announcement of the SW series for Disney's streaming service before Jon Favreau came on board).

Pretty much. Since Gunn's firing was a Disney decision and not Feige's, I imagine he's probably pissed about the firing. Combine that with the bad PR going on, and I wouldn't expect any news on this for a while.

Unlikely that was a problem for Gunn; or what was the point of those golden aliens in GOTG2?

 

Anyway, just a Twitter rumor at this point. I don't see why they also have to fire the script.

Those guys(kc walsh,omegaundeground) seem to be rising in terms of their scoops.Birds of prey etc but i am still reluctant to trust them.
